Awards are as follows: 1st, 2nd and (2) 3rd place finishers will receive high quality customized Trophies for Sparring and Form.

 Grand Champion Trophies for:  Men’s Black Belt Form, Women’s Black Belt Form, Men’s Black Belt Sparring, Youth Colored Belt Form. (this is subject to change by director) 

Coaches Passes may be purchased at the door $10.00 - 1 Free coaches Pass per 10 Students registered 

 NO ONE WITHOUT A COACHES PASS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE COMPETITION FLOOR.

2 Events...$65.00 

FOR ANY REGISTRATION AFTER 10:30. 
 IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER 10:30 YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COMPETE IN THE FIRST EVENT OF THE TOURNAMENT, WHICH IS FORM AND 14-17 BLACK BELT SPARRING. 

REGISTRATION AT THE DOOR MUST BE BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9:00 & 10:00 am

A $20.00 LATE FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR REGULAR FEE - NO EXCEPTIONS
